Returns and Exchanges
Alpha Optical has a 30 days return and exchange policy! You can return any your purchases for a refund or exchange as long as they are still in their original condition with all original packaging within 30 days of when you received them.
In order to initiate a return or exchange please visit any of our branches with all the relevant details and we will arrange for your return or exchange accordingly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and its been inspected we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, but If we are unable to accept your return or exchange we will send you your items back and explain the reason for refusal.
Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will make a decision and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
Once approved for exchange, you will be given the items that you have selected as an exchange. However, If we are unable to accept your return or exchange we will send you your items back and explain the reason for refusal.
