Answer: Yes, we provide comprehensive eye examination services using the latest digital medical equipment, under the supervision of certified and licensed specialists and optometrists across all our branches in Jordan and Egypt.

Answer: No, the online store will launch with a curated and featured selection of the most popular brands and top-requested products, while our physical branches always carry the complete and comprehensive collection of all frames and lenses.

Answer: You can view the frame dimensions specified in the details of each product on the website, or contact us via WhatsApp and our customer support team will assist you in choosing the size and shape most suitable for your face.
7. Can I customize prescription lenses according to my eye test at the branch?
Answer: Absolutely! You can visit your nearest branch and provide our optometrist with your vision prescription (Prescription), and our laboratory team will craft high-precision lenses tailored to your specific measurements and required technologies.
8. What is the warranty and guarantee policy on eyewear?
Answer: All eyewear is subject to a manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects from the authorized agent, in addition to providing free adjustment and routine maintenance services for your frame at any Alpha Optical branch.
